Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where can I purchase tickets?
    • Concert, sport, and special event tickets can be purchased at KELOLAND Box Office, or online through Ticketmaster or AXS. KELOLAND Box Office is located just inside the Main Entrance of PREMIER Center. It is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-5pm. Event Days it is open at 12pm.
  • Where can I park?
    • There are tons of options! The complex has five lots surrounding the building as well as McCart Park, which is diagonal from the complex. In addition, there are plenty of street parking spaces available. For specific information and a map, visit our Directions & Parking page.
  • Is parking free?
    • Yes! All general public parking is free of charge.
  • Do you have Premium/VIP Parking?
    • Yes! The lots immediately next to the PREMIER Center are reserved for premium seat holders. Spaces in these lots may be available for some events for a fee.
  • Can I get tickets at the door?
    • If a show is not sold out, tickets are available for purchase before and during events. In most situations, the Box Office will close approximately 3/4 of the way through a show.
  • Where can I pick up Will Call?
    • Will Call is available at KELOLAND Box Office just inside Main Entrance doors at PREMIER Center. Certain windows are dedicated to Will Call only, and will have signs directing you.
  • Can I Bring in Signs?
    • We do allow signs to be brought into our facility as long as they are 8.5" x 11" or smaller, and do not have inappropriate or obscene messaging.
  • What do I need to bring to pick up my Will Call tickets?
    • You will need to show a valid photo I.D., and if you purchased your tickets online, you will need to bring the card you purchased your tickets with.
  • Can I get into an event with a photocopied or screenshotted ticket?
    • No. Our venue uses SafeTix through Ticketmaster, which has a refreshed barcode for every ticket, which updates every few seconds. This means any screenshotted or photocopied tickets will not scan correctly for entry to an event. Patrons are encouraged to access their tickets through the Ticketmaster mobile app (for applicable events) to access their tickets for scanning. You can learn more about SafeTix here: SafeTix™ | Ticketmaster.
  • What is SafeTix?
    • SafeTix is a security measure put in place for all Ticketmaster ticketed events in order to protect patrons from counterfeit or fake tickets. For more information on SafeTix and the Ticketmaster mobile app, please click here: SafeTix™ | Ticketmaster.
  • What can / can't I bring into the building?
  • Will I be searched at the door?
    • For most events at PREMIER Center, staff will be inspecting bags and walk-through metal detectors will be used to ensure that prohibited items do not enter the facility.
  • Are there ATMs inside?
    • Yes, we have ATMs located at both Box Offices as well as several located throughout the concourses.
  • Cashless Concessions and Bar?
    • As part of a continue effort to improve the guest experience, moving to cashless transactions will help reduce wait times and get you back to your seat faster.
