All accessible seating locations will provide a clear line of sight viewing of shows and events. All accessible seating positions will be exclusively reserved for patrons who are wheelchair users or have severe physical limitations. Accessible seating is available on a first come first serve basis.

Companion seats – These seats are available in all accessible seating areas. Our box office staff will work to accommodate your companions to the best of their ability based on group size and surrounding inventory.

Temporary Disabilities - If you have a temporary disability/injury and you have already purchased tickets to an event, please call the KELOLAND Box Office and we will make the necessary arrangements for you to attend the event in a comfortable and enjoyable manner. When calling, please have the event, date, section, row, and seat available.

Denny Sanford PREMIER Center will provide interpreters to assist hearing impaired patrons at no cost. All requests for interpreters must be provided to the Administrative Office at least thirty (30) days prior to the event at (605) 367-7288.

Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive listening devices are available for deaf and hard of hearing individuals at no charge. Please visit the KELOLAND Box Office before entering the facility. A driver’s license or credit card will be requested as a deposit.

Patrons with Service Animals:
Trained guide dogs or service animals are permitted in Denny Sanford PREMIER Center. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service animal as any dog, such as a guide dog or signal dog that is individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle.
