Ticketing FAQs

  • Where can I purchase tickets?
    • Concert, sport, and special event tickets can be purchased at KELOLAND Box Office or online through Ticketmaster or AXS. KELOLAND Box Office is located just inside the Main Entrance of the PREMIER Center. It is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-5pm. Event Days it is open at 12pm.
  • What fees are included on the ticket price?
    • At KELOLAND Box Office, we do include a facility fee. Most of the time, that fee is already built into the advertised price of the ticket - prices you see listed on our website are the prices you pay at our KELOLAND Box Office.
    • Online, you will see several more fees added on. Generally, there is a Service Fee/Charge and Order Processing Fee, a Resale Service Fee, a Delivery Price, a Facility Charge, and Taxes included. For a specific breakdown of the fees, please refer to the vendor for your purchase.
  • What is a presale and how does it work?
    • Presales are often offered through an artist, sponsor group, venue, and/or media group to allow subscribers to purchase tickets before the general onsale. You can sign up for our venue newsletter by clicking here. To sign up for an artist's fan club, visit their specific website for instructions.
  • What are some tips and tricks to buying tickets?
    • When buying online, create a Ticketmaster or AXS account to speed up your purchasing process.
    • During onsales, always search for Best Available instead of trying to specifically choose your seats.
    • Only use one browser, and don't refresh your screen more than every 2-3 seconds. If you do, Ticketmaster may tag you as an automated ticket buying program and lock you out.
    • Use multiple electronic devices if you have a computer, tablet, and smart phone.
    • Show up early to KELOLAND Box Office to wait in line.
    • Keep checking! Ticket purchases are timed, so when someone declines their tickets online, they are thrown back into the pool for everyone. Even if tickets seem to be gone immediately, there may be more several minutes later.
    • Sign up for presales and/or fan clubs to get access to tickets early.
  • If I purchase tickets online, how do I get them?
    • There are several options for you to choose when purchasing your tickets through Ticketmaster or AXS, and they may vary by event. Options include:
      • US Mail will allow Ticketmaster to print physical tickets for you, and ship them to your home. Please note that this option will include an additional delivery fee, and takes 10-14 days.
      • Mobile Entry is the easiest and safest way to access tickets to your events. By selecting Mobile Entry at checkout- your mobile phone is your ticket. Mobile entry is not available for all events.
      • Will Call will allow you to pick up your tickets at the KELOLAND Box Office. You will be asked to present a photo ID with the name matching the account the tickets were purchased under.
      • UPS will allow you choose a 2-day, 3-day, or Saturday delivery (US only).
  • Where can I pick up Will Call?
    • Will Call is available at KELOLAND Box Office just inside the PREMIER Center's Main Entrance. Certain windows are dedicated to Will Call only during events, and will have signs directing you.
  • What do I need to bring to pick up my Will Call tickets?
    • You will need to show a valid photo I.D., and if you purchased your tickets online, you will need to bring the card you purchased your tickets with.
  • I lost/destroyed my tickets. What do I do?
    • We can often reprint or reissue your tickets at KELOLAND Box Office or the point-of-purchase. If you lost or believe they have been stolen, please contact us so we can replace your tickets with a new bar code and block the previous ones. Call or visit KELOLAND Box Office as soon as you know you have misplaced the tickets at 605-367-8460.
  • Can I get tickets at the door?
    • If a show is not sold out, tickets are available for purchase before and during events. In most situations, KELOLAND Box Office will close approximately 3/4 of the way through a show.
  • If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, how do I get my money back?
    • If an event is cancelled, you will be issued a refund at the point of purchase.
      • If you purchased your tickets online through Ticketmaster or AXS, you will be issued an automatic refund.
      • If you purchased your tickets through KELOLAND Box Office, you must return there with your tickets and your original card for the refund. If you paid in cash, you must turn in your tickets for a cash refund.
  • What rules apply to reselling tickets?
    • In the state of South Dakota, there are no laws forbidding the resale of tickets. Ticketmaster and AXS are the official ticketing companies for events at Denny Sanford PREMIER Center and our KELOLAND Box Office, AXS and Ticketmaster websites are the only authorized distributors for event tickets. Tickets purchased from an unauthorized ticketing website may be fraudulent and unusable for entry, and will not be exchanged and/or refunded by Denny Sanford PREMIER Center, AXS, or Ticketmaster. If you have questions, please call our Box Office at 605-367-8460.
  • Can I get into an event with a photocopied or screenshotted ticket?
    • No. Our venue uses SafeTix through Ticketmaster, which has a refreshed barcode for every ticket, which updates every few seconds. This means any screenshotted or photocopied tickets will not scan correctly for entry to an event. Patrons are encouraged to access their tickets through the Ticketmaster mobile app (for applicable events) to access their tickets for scanning. You can learn more about SafeTix here: SafeTix™ | Ticketmaster.
  • What is SafeTix?
    • SafeTix is a security measure put in place for all Ticketmaster ticketed events in order to protect patrons from counterfeit or fake tickets. For more information on SafeTix and the Ticketmaster mobile app, please click here: SafeTix™ | Ticketmaster.
  • My questions isn't answered here, where can I find out more?
