The customer will need to provide a Ticketmaster or AXS confirmation number, the credit card used to make the purchase, or a photo ID. Tickets will only be reprinted for the patron whose name appears on the order, and the original tickets will be voided. KELOLAND Box Office cannot reprint tickets which were not purchased through an official Ticketmaster or AXS source.

Buyer Beware
Ticketmaster and AXS are the official ticketing companies for events at Denny Sanford PREMIER Center. The KELOLAND Box Office and these vendors are the only authorized sources for event tickets. Tickets purchased from an unauthorized ticketing website may be fraudulent and unusable for entry, and will not be exchanged and/or refunded by Denny Sanford PREMIER Center, AXS or Ticketmaster. If you have questions, please call our Box Office at (605) 367-8460.
Denny Sanford PREMIER Center is not able to honor, replace, or refund invalid tickets. Invalid tickets must be confiscated by the KELOLAND Box Office and a copy of the ticket will be provided at the customer's request. The copy of the invalid ticket may be used to alert the point of purchase.
When applicable, Ticketmaster.com and AXS are the only ticket resale services that are able to authenticate that a Denny Sanford PREMIER Center ticket is valid. Other resellers may offer money-back guarantees, but they are unable to guarantee entry to an event as they are not able to validate that a ticket or seat location is authentic.
Customers with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase additional tickets - seating location and price is based upon availability.
Consumers should report fraudulent ticket sales to the point of purchase and consumer protection agencies.
FAQ
All tickets are subject to our venue’s facility fee, regardless of where a patron purchases them. Patrons will see other fees for online purchases including, but not limited to, and order processing fee, service fee, etc. These fees, with the exception of any charity fees and facility fee, are generally removed for in-person purchases at our box office.
For a specific breakdown of fees, please refer to the vendor for your purchase.
If a show is not sold out, tickets are available for purchase before and during events. In most situations, KELOLAND Box Office will close approximately 3/4 of the way through a show.
If an event is canceled, you will be issued a refund at the original point of purchase.
- If you purchased your tickets online through Ticketmaster or AXS, you will be issued an automatic refund.
- If you purchased your tickets through KELOLAND Box Office, you must return there with your tickets and your original card for the refund. If you paid in cash, you must turn in your tickets for a cash refund.
No. Our venue uses SafeTix through Ticketmaster, which has a refreshed barcode for every ticket, which updates every few seconds. This means any screenshotted or photocopied tickets will not scan correctly for entry to an event. Patrons are encouraged to access their tickets through the Ticketmaster mobile app (for applicable events) to access their tickets for scanning. You can learn more about SafeTix here: SafeTix™ | Ticketmaster.
SafeTix is a security measure put in place for all Ticketmaster ticketed events in order to protect patrons from counterfeit or fake tickets. For more information on SafeTix and the Ticketmaster mobile app, please click here: SafeTix™ | Ticketmaster.
You will need to show a valid photo I.D., and if you purchased your tickets online, you will need to bring the card you purchased your tickets with.
