To provide all fans with equal opportunities to win in our contests and giveaways, Denny Sanford PREMIER Center has chosen to implement the following rules and regulations to all venue-administered contests and giveaways:
- All participants must be 18 years or older to claim any prizes.
- Participants may not enter more than once into any one giveaway or contest. Duplicate entries will be removed and disqualified.
- Employees of Denny Sanford PREMIER Center and/or ASM Global, as well as friends or relatives of those involved in the contest process are not eligible to win.
- Late entries submitted after the published end time for the giveaway or contest will be removed and disqualified.
- Any participants who use foul language or vulgarity will have their entry deleted and will be disqualified from the contest.
- The winner is responsible for transportation to and from the venue to claim the prize.
- Winner must have a valid photo I.D. to claim prizes.
- No purchase is necessary to win. Purchases will not increase your odds of winning.
Winners of all contests and giveaways administered by the venue are selected at random. Denny Sanford PREMIER Center will reach out directly to the winner of the contest or giveaway using the email address they provided when entering. Winners will not be notified on social media via comments or asked for payment information. Participants should beware of any fake, spam, or bot accounts impersonating the venue on these channels and report them directly to Facebook or Instagram Meta®
Denny Sanford PREMIER Center (Managed by ASM Global) is not responsible for any injury/incident that occurs as a result of winning the prize.
