IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TICKETS FOR GARTH BROOKS CONCERTS
Will Call ticket holders are encouraged to pick up tickets before the day of the show. Double check ticket/order confirmation to ensure correct date and show time
With multiple Garth Brooks concerts over a six-day period the next two weekends, there have been questions about what ticket holders should bring with them to their show.
Denny Sanford PREMIER Center first reminds fans to double check that their ticket or order confirmation is consistent with the date and time of the concert they are attending.
If you are unsure of what delivery method you selected for your tickets, please visit your Ticketmaster account. Click “My Account” at the top right of ticketmaster.com and sign in to view the tickets under “View All Orders.” You can confirm your purchase along with delivery status, seat locations, total charges, and more.
Some paperless tickets were issued for each performance.Guests were notified that their tickets were paperless at the time of check-out on the Ticketmaster web site, or when they purchased tickets by phone.
Paperless ticket buyers will need to bring the credit card they used for purchase to the venue the night of their concert to be scanned and verified. All individuals who are guests of the person who purchased the tickets will need to be with that person at the time they arrive to be admitted. Since entry requires credit card verification, there won’t be any exceptions to this policy.
For more information on paperless ticketing, and frequently asked questions, visit https://www.ticketmaster.com/creditcardentry.
Fans are advised to pick up will call tickets in advance of the show date. For Garth Brooks, the KELOLAND Box Office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 10 a.m. until after the concert starts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please have a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets when picking up will call tickets.
Open the Ticketmaster app, click the ‘My Events’ button at the bottom of the screen, and select the event you are going to. You will see ‘virtual tickets’ on the screen, click the ‘View’ button on the ticket, and the QR code will appear. The usher will be able to scan your tickets right off your mobile device.
Tickets cannot be printed from the Ticketmaster app. Please use the browser on your desktop or laptop. When your tickets are ready to print, click the “View Tickets” button on the Order Detail page of your account. Print your tickets only one at a time so that each ticket is printed on its own paper.
For those people with tickets in hand, print-at-home tickets, or mobile ticketing on their phones, no credit card or photo ID is required.
